Clutch Kit Warranty Information

AutoPN Limited Warranty
AutomotivePartsNetwork.com ("AUTOPN") clutch kits are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use and service for a limited period of 12-months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first, from the date of installation in a vehicle.
AUTOPN reserves the right to inspect products in question to determine if such product has failed because of a defect in workmanship or materials.

This warranty excludes all labor charges or other incidental or consequential damages. The obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing, replacing or crediting, at its option, any part found to be so defective.

All warranty claims must be submitted to the authorized distributor from which the product was purchased, within 10 days of the discovery of defects within the warranty period. AUTOPN is not responsible for return shipping charges.

This limited warranty does not cover the following:
Products which have been altered, improperly installed, maintained, repaired, or damaged by accident, negligence, or misuse. AUTOPN kits returned without all original products (pressure plate assembly, disc assembly, release bearing, and pilot bearing/bushing) and the original receipt. AUTOPN kits returned without proof of flywheel replacement/resurface. Cover assemblies with bent or broken drive straps. Cover assemblies installed using air impact tools. Cover or disc assemblies with oil contamination, grease contamination, or rust. Disc assemblies with mashed or worn stop pins.
No representative has any authority to waive, alter, vary, or add to the terms hereof. It is expressly understood that AUTOPN's liability for any damage arising out of, or related to, this transaction, or for its products, whether for breach of contract or for negligence, is limited to the repair or replacement of the products, or the parts thereof, by it. AUTOPN will not be liable for any other injury, loss, damage, or expense, whether direct or consequential, including but not limited to loss of use, income, profit, injury to persons, or damage to property arising in connection with the sale, installation, use, or late delivery of its products. This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

THE FOREGOING IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OF ANY PRODUCT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND OF ANY OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY ON OUR PART OF ANY KIND OR NATURE WHATSOEVER.
